We focus on the processing of foam core materials in a modern factory with state of the art; workshop, R&D and storage facility, totaling 30,000m2 The total investment of the project is RMB 50 million.

Techcore’s technical and sales teams have more than 10 years of experience with core materials for rotor blades. We are committed to provide professional core material processing and technical solutions for domestic and foreign customers.

With the support of Techstorm, Techcore plans an annual core production for 5,000 blade sets, equaling 40,000m3 per year.

The modern factory of Techcore is equipped with world-class modern processing equipment and storage facilities, including: CNC cutting production line, five-axis CNC machining center, ERP production management system, automatic raw material feeding, transferring system and other automated production lines. We also passed IATF 16949, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 and ISO9001.

At the same time, Techcore actively supports protection of the environment. RMB 2 million was invested in emission reducing facilities such as solid waste, noise reduction and special waste water treatment, all meeting international environmental standards to realize "sustainable development".
